Our family owns and operates our beef farm at Myrtlebank, Gippsland. Our picturesque property running along the Thomson River and has been in our family for four generations, with fifth and six living and working with us on our family farm.

Raising Free Range Grass Fed, healthy and stress free cattle is very important to us. We believe giving our cattle a good quality of life where they are free to graze contentedly, on good pasture, in a happy environment, leads to not only quality meat but also a cruelty free life. Farming the land free from chemicals is also very important to us, not using chemical fertilizers or super-phosphates. We believe getting back to natural farming techniques is the way forward for our health and environment as naturally grass fed cattle have 4 times more vitimin E, up to six times more beneficial omega-3 fatty acids and tenfold increase of beta-carotene compared to grain fed cattle.
